Victoria joined Harvard in the fall of 2006. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, from financial management, administration & reporting to operations & maintenance for several large Class A commercial properties in downtown Regina, including city landmarks Hill Centre Towers I & II; and the recently constructed Mosaic Tower at Hill Centre III. In addition, Victoria provides facility management services to a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation under a 3rd party service contract.
As a member of the development team for Mosaic Tower, Victoria provided property management expertise while creating the management and operating plan for the building and its various amenities including a fitness centre, public art gallery, conference centre and roof top patio.
Prior to joining Harvard, Victoria’s experience was in the electrical/construction industry, from project management to estimating, before commencing a career in facility management with a major financial institution and the federal government.
Victoria is licensed with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) and the Association of Saskatchewan Realtors (ASR), and holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She has served on the board of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Regina chapter, for many years; and will serve her second term as President in 2016/17. Victoria has also served on the BOMA Canada board, and remains a committee member of the national building awards committee.
