Harvard Property Management

Z. A. (Tony) Prsa, CET, RPA, CPM, Broker

Tony’s primary responsibility is to oversee Harvard’s management and leasing activities within the Alberta portfolio and he serves as the licensed Broker for the same jurisdiction.  He also serves on Harvard’s General Management team responsible for overall enterprise performance.

The Alberta portfolio consists of a growing 2.8M square feet of commercial office, retail and industrial space with a combined value of approximately $700,000,000.  With over 25 years of real estate experience, Tony’s focus is to create and maximize cash flow and real estate values for clients through Harvard’s management platform and various corporate offerings, including maintaining strong business relationships in all of the Alberta communities Harvard does business in.

After receiving an honors diploma in Engineering Technology from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), Tony focused on construction and development of large mixed use projects before seeking the challenge of property management in 1990.  Since that time, he has held general management positions with a number of regional and national real estate firms prior to joining Harvard.  Tony holds a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) accreditation with Alberta Society of Engineering Technologists (ASET), Certified Property Manager (CPM) accreditation with Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) and his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).

Tony currently serves as the Past Chair of the Edmonton chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as well as a Director of BOMA Canada. He also serves on the Board of the United Way Capital Region.  Firmly believing that we need to give back to the communities in which we do business in, Tony and his Alberta team regularly participates in charitable events.
