    Currents is a 700 acre master planned community is located in southwest Edmonton at the intersection of Anthony Henday and Terwillegar Drive. The community features a 106 acre, 1.3 million square foot hybrid centre with a large format perimeter and an urban village interior.
  • Cabela's at Currents
    Cabela's trademark style with exterior log construction, stonework, wood siding and metal proofing is a welcome sight at Currents. The world's foremost outfitter of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear opened its doors in August 2011.
  • Mosaic Tower at Hill Centre III
    Opening its doors to the public in December 2012, Mosaic Tower at Hill Centre III is a 240,000 square foot Class "A" office tower located in the heart of downtown Regina. Building amenities include a fitness centre, conference facility, public art gallery and roof top patio.
  • Mosaic Tower Wheat Sheaf
    World-renowned sculptor Stephen Stefanou designed the wheat sheaf sculpture that hangs from Mosaic Tower's 36 foot ceiling. Stefanou has been commissioned to produce works for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, Trump Tower, New York, Rockefeller Center, New York and the Bellagio Resort & Casino, Las Vegas.

    The Bank of Montreal Building and FCC Tower are both Class "A" office buildings located in downtown Regina. Enhancing Regina's skyline, the Bank of Montreal Building was developed in 1983. FCC Tower followed, opening its doors in 1992.
  • Century Plaza, Regina Saskatchewan
    Located in downtown Regina, Century Plaza is home to Harvard Broadcasting and Ministry of Central Services offices. The property is the first privately redeveloped building in Saskatchewan to obtain LEED Silver Certification from the Canada Green Building Council.
  • Hill Centre Towers, Regina, Saskatchewan
    The Hill Centre Towers are Regina landmarks. The buildings' design concept, the trademark sloping southern faces, was created by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill of New York while BLM Architects of Regina undertook the architectural design.
  • Conexus Plaza, Regina, Saskatchewan
    Designed by R. Reid, Western Spirit was unveiled on the corner of Hamilton Street and 11th Avenue in 1985. The sculpture is a Regina Landmark that sits outside of the 158,324 square foot Conexus Plaza building.
  • FCC Tower, Regina, Saskatchewan
    A unique view of FCC Tower located in the heart of downtown Regina. Comprised of 164,200 square feet, the property is one of the city's largest class A office towers.
